Woo requests
The COKZ is required to provide information when requested by a member of the public or an organisation. The information must relate to COKZ policy or its preparation and implementation.
This is laid down in the Open Government Act (Wet open overheid, Woo). This Act sets out the procedures for handling such requests and the framework for assessing them.
The COKZ aims to publish the anonymised Woo decision on the COKZ website under Publications within two weeks of the decision being sent.
Woo rates
At its meeting of 4 December 2014, the COKZ Board adopted the ‘Decision on Fees for Public Access to Information of Stichting COKZ’. These fees also apply to the provision of copies, extracts and summaries upon request or pursuant to the Open Government Act (Wet open overheid, Woo).
Copy rates
The COKZ charges a fee for providing copies of written documents. This fee will never exceed the actual cost.
- for less than 6 pages: free;
- for 6 to 13 pages: €4.50;
- for 14 or more pages: €0.35 per copy.
Rate for extract or summary
The COKZ charges a fee of €2.25 per page for providing an extract or summary of a document.
